How to Low Cable Crossover
Starting Position
1. Stand in the middle of a cable crossover machine, with one cable in each hand.
2. Adjust the pulleys to the highest point.
3. Grasp the handles of the cables with your palms facing each other.
4. Step forward until there is tension in the cables.
Proper Form
1. Begin the exercise by bringing your arms in front of your body and crossing them.
2. Keep your arms straight and your shoulders back and down.
3. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining tension in the cables throughout the exercise.
Breathing Technique
1. Exhale as you cross the arms and bring them forward.
2. Inhale as you slowly return to the starting position.
Precautions
1. Make sure to keep your arms straight and your shoulders back and down throughout the exercise.
2. Avoid using momentum to perform the exercise.
3. Do not use too heavy a weight.
