How to Around The World
Starting Position
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, your arms at your sides, and your shoulders relaxed.
2. Make sure your spine is neutral and your core is engaged.
3. Prepare to move your arms in a circular motion.
Proper Form
1. Raise your arms up and out to the sides, as if you were making a circle with your body.
2. Keep your arms straight and rotate your body as you move your arms.
3. Move in a controlled manner and take your time.
4. As you move your arms around your body, keep your feet firmly planted on the ground.
Breathing Technique
1. As you move your arms, take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
2. Repeat this breathing pattern throughout the exercise.
Precautions
1. Make sure you don_ move too quickly as this could strain your muscles.
2. Avoid arching your back or rounding your shoulders.
3. Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise.
4. If you feel any pain or discomfort, stop the exercise and consult a doctor.
