Box Kettlebell Squat-
1. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart with your toes turned slightly outward. 2. Hold the kettlebell with both hands in front of your chest. 3. Keep your back straight, chest up, and shoulders back.
1. Begin the movement by bending your knees and slowly lowering yourself down into a squat. 2. Keep your weight on your heels, your chest up and your back straight. 3. Go down as low as you can and then press through your heels to return to the starting position.
1. Take a deep breath in as you lower into the squat and exhale as you press back up to the starting position.
1. Make sure to keep your back straight and avoid rounding your shoulders. 2. Don't let your knees cave inwards. 3. Avoid going past a 90-degree angle with your knees.
