Coach's Tips

You can use the rebound because you jump and pull up. It's relatively easier than a pull-up, so beginners can easily follow along!

How to Jumping Pull Up

Starting Position

1. Stand directly under a pull up bar.

2. Reach up and grab the bar with an overhand grip, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

3. Place your feet together and tuck your tailbone in to engage your core.

Proper Form

1. Begin the movement by jumping up and grabbing the bar with your hands.

2. Pull yourself up until your chin is over the bar.

3. Lower yourself back down to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

2. Make sure you are using proper form and engaging your core to prevent injury.

3. Start with fewer reps and fewer sets and gradually build up as your strength and confidence increases.
