3. Straighten your back and keep your chest up.
4. Bend your knees slightly and keep your core tight.
Proper Form

2. Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower into the bottom of the squat position.
3. Keep your chest up and your core tight throughout the movement.
4. Push through your heels as you extend your hips and knees to come back to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
1. Inhale as you lower into the squat and exhale as you come back up.
2. Focus on breathing deep and keeping your core tight throughout the entire movement.
Precautions
1. Make sure your knees remain in line with your toes throughout the entire movement.
2. Keep your chest up and your back straight.
3. Do not let your knees cave in as you lower into the squat.
