How to

Starting Position

1. Begin by lying on your back with your legs extended and arms by your sides. 2. Lift your left leg up off the ground and bend your knee to a 90-degree angle, so your lower leg is parallel to the ground.

Proper Form

1. Engage your core and press your left heel up towards the ceiling, keeping your knee bent at 90 degrees. 2. Slowly lower your left leg back to the starting position. 3. Repeat for desired number of repetitions and switch legs.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale as you lift your left leg to the starting position. 2. Exhale as you press your heel up towards the ceiling.

Precautions

1. Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise. 2. Make sure your knee remains bent at 90 degrees and your lower leg is parallel to the ground. 3. Move slowly and with control to avoid injury.
