Lengthen Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 13, 2026
Planfit Inc. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS application “Lengthen” (“the App”). Other services operated by the Company (such as the Planfit app and website) are governed by their own separate privacy policies.
1. Information We Collect
To provide a personalized Pilates workout program, the App asks you to enter the following information during onboarding:
- Date of birth, gender
- Height, current weight, target weight
- Injured body parts, fitness goals, fitness level, weekly workout frequency
The App does not require sign-up or account creation, and does not collect contact information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
In addition, to keep the App stable and improve its quality, the following diagnostic and usage information is collected automatically while you use the App:
- Device information (model, manufacturer, OS name and version, platform, carrier, language)
- App usage records (screens viewed, taps and interactions)
- Error and crash logs
- Randomly generated session and app identifiers
- IP address (from which an approximate location — country/city level — may be inferred for analytics; we do not collect precise/GPS location)
If you use the AI coaching chatbot, the chat messages you enter are processed to generate responses. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your chat messages.
2. On-Device Storage
The information you enter during onboarding (your date of birth, gender, body measurements, and workout preferences) is never transmitted to the Company’s servers. It is stored only on your device. The Company cannot access it. When you delete the App, this information is deleted along with it.
3. App Tracking Transparency
With your permission, we use Apple’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns — for example, to understand which channel led you to install the App and how users from a given campaign engage with it. When you first use the App, iOS asks whether you allow this tracking. If you decline, we do not use the IDFA, and you can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. When you allow tracking, the IDFA is shared with the service providers described in Section 4.
4. Service Providers and International Transfer
To operate the App reliably, manage subscription purchases, measure our marketing, and understand how the App is used, we share limited information with the following service providers. This information is processed in the United States and the Republic of Korea.
| Provider | RevenueCat, Inc. (United States) |
|---|---|
| Information shared | Anonymous app identifier (a randomly generated ID) and purchase history (subscription product, transaction date and status) |
| Purpose | Verifying in-app subscription purchases and managing subscription status |
| Retention | Until the purpose above is fulfilled or our agreement with the provider ends |
| Provider | Datadog, Inc. (United States) |

| Provider | AB180 Inc. (Airbridge) — Republic of Korea |
|---|---|

| Retention | Until the purpose above is fulfilled or our agreement with the provider ends |
| Provider | Amplitude, Inc. (United States) |
|---|---|

| Purpose | Product and marketing analytics — understanding feature usage and how users from each acquisition channel engage, to improve the App |
| Retention | Until the purpose above is fulfilled or our agreement with the provider ends |
Except for the advertising identifier (IDFA), the identifiers above are randomly generated values that do not directly identify you. The IDFA is a device-level identifier used only as described in the App Tracking Transparency section, and only when you allow tracking. None of these identifiers are combined with the body and workout information described in Section 1. Chat messages are used solely to generate chatbot responses and, under OpenAI’s API policy, are not used to train OpenAI’s models. Payments themselves are processed by the Apple App Store; the Company does not collect or store your payment card details. The providers’ privacy policies are available at revenuecat.com/privacy, datadoghq.com/legal/privacy and openai.com/policies/privacy-policy. We do not sell your personal information. We share the limited information described above with our service providers solely to measure our own marketing performance and to analyze and improve the App, not to enable third parties’ own advertising.
5. Data Deletion
- Information stored on your device is deleted immediately when you delete the App.
- Purchase, diagnostic, and chat information held by our service providers is deleted without undue delay once its retention period expires or its purpose is fulfilled.
6. Your Rights
- You can view and edit the information you entered at any time in the App’s settings.
- You can delete all information stored on your device by deleting the App.
- For any questions or requests regarding your personal information — including access, correction, or deletion — contact the privacy officer listed in Section 8. We will respond without undue delay.
7. Data Security
- Data minimization: we process only the minimum information necessary to provide the service.
- On-device storage: your body and workout information is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- Provider oversight: we contractually require our service providers to handle information securely.
8. Privacy Officer
The Company has designated the following privacy officer responsible for personal information handling and for addressing related inquiries and complaints:
- Privacy Officer: Juhwan Kim (Director of Operations)
- Email: hello@planfit.ai
9. Changes to This Policy
- If this policy is added to, deleted from, or modified, we will post notice on this page at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
- For material changes affecting your rights — such as changes to the information collected or its purpose of use — we will give at least 30 days’ notice.
This policy is effective as of July 13, 2026.
