Lengthen Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 13, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the iOS application “Lengthen” (“the Service”) provided by Planfit Inc. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
2. Definitions
- “Service” means the Pilates workout programs, coaching content, and all related features provided through the Lengthen app.
- “User” means any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
- “Subscription” means a paid plan billed automatically on a recurring basis.
3. Effect and Amendment of the Terms
- These Terms take effect when you install and use the App.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. When we do, we will announce the effective date and reason on this page or within the App at least 7 days before the changes take effect (at least 30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
- Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
4. The Service
- The Company provides personalized Pilates workout programs and coaching content based on the body information and fitness goals you enter.
- The Service can be used without creating an account; the information you enter is stored only on your device.
- The specific features of the Service may be added to or changed according to the Company’s operating policies.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
- Paid features of the Service are offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions) after purchase. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store refund policy and must be requested directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple is the merchant of record for all purchases and refunds.
6. Health Notice and Disclaimer
- The Service is not a medical service, and its content does not constitute — and is no substitute for — medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- If you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any other health concerns, consult a physician or other qualified professional before using the Service. If you experience pain, dizziness, or any other unusual symptoms while exercising, stop immediately and seek professional help.
- You use the Service at your own judgment and risk, taking your health condition into account. The Company is not liable for harm caused by your own actions, such as exercising beyond your capacity.
7. Intellectual Property
- All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Service and its content — including workout programs, videos, text, and designs — belong to the Company.
- You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service’s content for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to do so, without the Company’s prior written consent.
8. User Obligations
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to extract its source code;
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
- Violate applicable law or these Terms.
9. Changes to and Suspension of the Service
- The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. For material changes or discontinuation unfavorable to users, we will provide advance notice.
- The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or telecommunications failures.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for your failure to achieve results you expected from the Service (such as weight loss or body-shape improvement).
- The Company is not liable for Service interruptions caused by circumstances not attributable to the Company, such as your device environment or network conditions.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and any disputes relating to the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Any dispute between the Company and a user arising out of the Service shall be submitted to the competent court determined under the applicable civil procedure law.
These Terms are effective as of July 13, 2026.
