It's a resistance press workout that you can do with a cable!
How to Cable Bench Press
Starting Position
1. Sit on a bench and adjust it so that the cable pulleys are at chest level.
2. Grab the cable handles with an overhand grip, making sure your arms are extended.
Proper Form
1. Inhale and slowly lower the handles towards your chest.
2. Exhale and press the handles back to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
1. Inhale as you lower the handles.
2. Exhale as you press the handles back to the starting position.
Precautions
1. Make sure you keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the movement.
2. Do not lock your elbows at the top of the movement.
3. Do not lower the handles too quickly or too far, as this can cause strain on your shoulders.
