It's frontal shoulder workout using cables. Be more careful not to shake when exercising with cables!
How to Cable Shoulder Press
Starting Position
1. Stand in front of a cable machine with a high pulley.
2. Grasp a single-hand cable handle in each hand, with your palms facing forward.
3. Step back a few steps so that the cables are taut and your arms are extended in front of you, parallel to the floor.
Proper Form
1. Keeping your upper arms stationary, bend your elbows and pull the handles toward your head.
2. Once your hands reach your shoulders, pause for a brief moment.
3. Push the handles away from your head back to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
1. Exhale as you pull the handles toward your head.
2. Inhale as you push the handles away from your head.
Precautions
1. Keep your elbows in line with your shoulders throughout the exercise.
2. Avoid arching your back or leaning forward as you press the handles away from your head.
3. Don_ use too much weight. Start with a light weight and increase gradually as you get stronger.
