How to Criss Cross Jack
Starting Position
1. Make sure to keep your core engaged and your back flat throughout the exercise.
2. Be careful not to overextend your arms as you land, as this can cause injury.
3. Make sure to keep your knees slightly bent and your feet flat on the ground as you jump.
Proper Form
1. Begin by jumping slightly off the ground, while crossing your arms in front of your body.
2. As you land, extend your arms back out to the starting position.
3. Immediately jump again and cross your arms in the opposite direction.
4. Continue alternating the arm crossing direction with each jump.
Breathing Technique
1. Exhale as you jump and cross your arms.
2. Inhale as you land and extend your arms.
Precautions
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended straight in front of you.
2. Look straight ahead and engage your core muscles.
