How to EZ-bar Drag Curl
Starting Position
1. Make sure to keep your upper arms close to your sides, as this will ensure you are working the biceps and not other muscles.
2. Keep your back and core tight throughout the exercise to avoid any injuries.
Proper Form
1. Keeping your upper arms close to your sides, curl the bar up to your chest.
2. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement and then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
1. Exhale as you curl the bar up.
2. Inhale as you lower the bar back to the starting position.
Precautions
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold an EZ-bar in an underhand grip.
2. Your arms should be straight down, with the bar resting against your thighs.
