How to

Starting Position

1. Stand up with your feet hip-width apart and hold a kettlebell in each hand. 2. Keep your core engaged, chest up, and back straight.

Proper Form

1. Step forward with one leg and lower into a lunge position. 2. Make sure your front knee is aligned with your ankle and your back knee is close to the floor. 3. Push off your front foot and return to the starting position. 4. Repeat the movement on the opposite leg.

Breathing Technique

1. Exhale as you step forward and lower into the lunge. 2. Inhale as you push off your front foot and return to the starting position.

Precautions

1. Make sure to keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout the movement. 2. Avoid arching your back or rounding your shoulders. 3. Take your time and focus on proper form.
