It's a workout where you can use your body to build up your biceps!

How to

Starting Position

1. Maintain good posture throughout the exercise, keep your core engaged and your back straight. 2. Avoid swinging the weights as you curl them, the movement should be controlled and deliberate. 3. Do not lock your elbows at the top of the movement.

Proper Form

1. Keeping your elbows close to your body, curl the weights up towards your shoulders. 2. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement. 3. Slowly lower the weights back to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe in as you lower the weights. 2. Breathe out as you curl the weights up.

Precautions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. 2. Let your arms hang by your sides with your palms facing inwards.
