How to Seated Neck Tap

Starting Position

1. Make sure to keep your neck and back in a neutral position.

2. Do not overextend your neck by pressing your head too far back.

3. Avoid using momentum to press your head back.

Proper Form

1. Gently press the back of your head into your hands while raising your chin slightly.

2. Hold the position for a few seconds.

3. Release your head and repeat.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale deeply before each repetition.

2. Exhale as you press your head into your hands.

Precautions

1. Sit up tall in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.

2. Place your hands behind your head with your elbows pointing out to the sides.
