How to

Starting Position

1. Make sure your feet and ankles are pointed in the same direction as you hop, so that you don_ twist your lower body. 2. Keep your core engaged to help support your lower back and maintain balance. 3. Don_ hop too high or too far to avoid putting too much strain on your lower body. 4. Avoid landing too heavily on the ground, as this can cause joint pain.

Proper Form

1. Push off the ground with your left leg, hopping up and onto your right leg. 2. As you land on your right leg, turn your hips, torso, and arms to the right. 3. Tap your left foot on the ground before pushing off again with your right leg. 4. As you land on your left leg, turn your hips, torso, and arms to the left. 5. Tap your right foot on the ground and repeat the movement.

Breathing Technique

1. Exhale as you push off the ground and hop onto the other foot. 2. Inhale as you land on the other foot and turn your hips, torso, and arms.

Precautions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart with your arms bent at the elbows and hands up at shoulder height. 2. Keep your knees slightly bent and your back straight. 3. Make sure your core is engaged.
