How to

Starting Position

1. Make sure to keep your back straight and chest up throughout the exercise. 2. Make sure to land softly with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. 3. Don't forget to breathe deeply and focus on your form.

Proper Form

1. From the squat position, jump up and reach your arms overhead. 2. As you land, tuck your knees in towards your chest and immediately lower your body back into a squat position. 3. Jump up and reach your arms overhead to complete one rep.

Breathing Technique

1. As you lower your body into the squat, inhale deeply. 2. As you jump up, exhale powerfully.

Precautions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms by your sides. 2. Lower your body into a squat position, keeping your chest and head up, and your back straight.
