How to Standing Bicycle

Starting Position

1. Stand in front of a high cable pulley machine with a straight bar attachment.

2. Grasp the bar with an overhand grip, with your arms fully extended and your feet shoulder-width apart.

Proper Form

1. Keeping your torso upright, bend your elbows and pull the bar down towards your waist.

2. Hold for a moment, and then slowly return the bar to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. Exhale as you pull the bar down.

2. Inhale as you return the bar to the starting position.

Precautions

1. Make sure to keep your torso upright throughout the entire exercise.

2. Avoid swinging the bar as you pull it down.

3. Don't lock your elbows at the bottom of the movement.
