How to Standing Elbow Touch
Starting Position
1. Make sure to keep your core engaged and your back straight during the exercise.
2. Avoid hunching your shoulders or flaring your elbows.
3. Always use proper form to prevent injury.
Proper Form
1. Bend your elbows and bring your hands towards each other.
2. Touch your elbows together, while keeping your arms at shoulder height.
3. Straighten your arms back out to the sides.
4. Repeat.
Breathing Technique
1. Inhale as you bring your elbows together.
2. Exhale as you straighten your arms back out.
Precautions
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Extend your arms straight out from your sides, parallel to the ground.
3. Keep your shoulders relaxed and your core engaged.
