How to Arm Crossover
Starting Position
1. Keep your core engaged throughout the entire movement.
2. Avoid locking your elbows as you return to the starting position.
3. Do not let your arms go too far back behind your body as you draw them together.
Proper Form
1. Exhale as you draw your arms together in front of your body, crossing one arm over the other.
2. Inhale as you return to the starting position.
3. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.

1. Exhale as you draw your arms together in front of your body.
2. Inhale as you return to the starting position.
Precautions
1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Place your arms out to the side, parallel to the floor, with palms facing down.
