여자고 25x10 4세트 하려는데 2세트까진 괜찮다가 3세트되면 자세 무너지고 최대 6~8개 정도밖에 못하겠어요ㅠㅠ이경우 무게를 내린다or휴식을 길게 가져간다 뭐가 좋을까요? 목적은 근성장이고 지금은 휴식 40초~1분 하고 있어요
