Is there definitely a way to stimulate the chest?? I keep feeling stimulation only in my shoulders and armsㅠㅠ

Chair dips are indeed effective for stimulating the triceps, and if you want to target the lower chest, you can lean your upper body forward while performing the dips to increase the stimulation.
