Seeing as no one has tips, I'm gonna leave some of my own. 1. If you're just starting out, use a lower weight than you'd expect and true and go slow and steady to get the technique down. 2. As for technique, I find that if you get a bench with a foot brace you can lock your ankles on there if need be (I had terrible balance to start with so it helped) 3. Try to keep the dumbbells vertically in a hammer grip. I find pushing the dumbbell together on the plates will help your stability when you're starting out. 4. This is going to hurt your elbows if you do it wrong so remember, go slow. It should be uncomfortable but not painful. If it hurts readjust your position. 5. For me I prefer the bench at a 45° angle, but I have longer arms, so adapt as required for your own body type. Good luck guys, you got this ;D
