견갑이 움직이면 등근육도 같이 쓰이는건데 완벽한 고립은 없습니다. 견갑을 억지로 안움직이게 고정하면 어깨 아파요. 자연스럽게 연결되어 움직이되 너무 많이 움직이지 마세요.
