잘못하면 허리아픈 운동입니다 허리에 힘을주는게아닌 코어에 힘을줘야해요 다리를 가슴으로 가져갈때 숨을 뱉으면서 배꼽이 등에 붙는다 생각하고 배를 넣어줘야해요
