If you don't feel any stimulation after doing it 15 times with a full grip, you should try something else, right?

Feel the stimulation more slowly and deeply. You can change the position of your feet to the top, bottom, outside, or inside to experience different sensations. If you perform it slowly, you can feel the stimulation even with just your body. If you don't feel any stimulation after doing 15 repetitions with a resistance band, it is likely that you are not properly engaging your hip joints and are just fidgeting.
