내로우스쿼트먼저하시되발목가동범위가어느정도인지보시고,고관절가동범위도학인후, 차려자세에서한발볼폭공간 여유있게서서왼쪽앞발바닥은지면에,오른쪽은내로우스쿼트자세를해봅니다(단발목고관절유연성되는선까지)단본인이풀편함없어야합니다 안되는분분은유연성늘려가며자세교정목적을두고진행하며 (고관절,무릎,발목)세군데가동시에같이움직인다생각하시면됩니다
