How to Criss Cross Jump
Starting Position
1. Make sure to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise to prevent injury.
2. Focus on landing lightly on your feet to reduce the impact on your joints.
3. Start slowly and increase the intensity as you get more comfortable with the exercise.
Proper Form
1. Jump up into the air and cross your arms in front of your body.
2. Land lightly on the balls of your feet, with your feet shoulder-width apart.
3. Immediately jump up again and uncross your arms.
4. Land lightly on the balls of your feet, with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Breathing Technique
1. Exhale as you jump up and cross your arms.
2. Inhale as you land and uncross your arms.
Precautions
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your arms by your sides.
2. Keep your back straight and your core engaged.
