How to Assault Bike
Starting Position
1. Make sure to keep your back straight and your head facing forward throughout the exercise.
2. Avoid using your arms and upper body to generate the motion.
3. Don't forget to breathe in a rhythm as you pedal.
4. Take breaks as needed and listen to your body.
Proper Form
1. Start pedaling by pushing off with your feet, and use your legs to power the pedals in a circular motion.
2. Keep your upper body and arms still, and focus on using your legs to generate the motion.
3. Don't forget to breathe in a rhythm as you pedal.
Breathing Technique
1. As you pedal, focus on breathing in a rhythm that corresponds to your movements.
2. Take a deep breath as you push off with your feet and begin the pedaling motion.
3. Exhale as you complete the circle and bring your feet back to the starting position.
4. Repeat this breathing cycle as you pedal.
Precautions
1. Sit on the saddle of the assault bike, with your feet firmly on the pedals. Make sure that your feet are securely and comfortably strapped in.
2. Place your hands on the handlebars, with your arms and shoulders relaxed and slightly bent.
3. Keep your back straight and your head facing forward.
