How to Badminton

Starting Position

1. Make sure to warm up before playing.

2. Make sure to wear the appropriate sportswear and shoes.

3. Make sure to stretch after playing to prevent any injuries.

4. Be aware of where your opponents are and the direction of the shuttlecock.

Proper Form

1. Move quickly and precisely to the shuttlecock.

2. When hitting the shuttlecock, keep your arm straight and follow through when swinging your racquet.

3. Keep your feet moving.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe in and out deeply when waiting for the shuttlecock.

2. Exhale sharply when you hit the shuttlecock.

3. Breathe deeply and evenly during the game.


1. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.

2. Bend your knees slightly and keep your back straight.

3. Hold your racquet with a comfortable grip.
