How to Boxing

Starting Position

1. Always keep your chin tucked in for protection.

2. Don't overextend your punches, as this can cause injury.

3. Make sure to keep your fists closed and your arms bent.

4. Always wear protective gear when boxing.

Proper Form

1. Move your feet around to keep your balance and stay light on your feet.

2. Move your arms in a circular motion to provide protection for your face.

3. Throw a punch with your dominant arm, aiming for the target area.

4. Quickly return to your starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. Take a deep breath before each punch.

2. Exhale as you throw the punch.

3. Inhale as you return to your starting position.

Precautions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and your chin tucked in.

2. Raise your arms up to guard your face, with your fists just below your chin.

3. Bend your elbows slightly and keep your hands in front of your face.
