How to Front Lever

Starting Position

1. Make sure to keep your core engaged throughout the entire movement.

2. Do not overextend your body and make sure to keep your arms and legs straight.

3. Make sure to keep your neck in a neutral position to avoid any neck strain.

Proper Form

1. From the starting position, lift your body up from the ground, keeping your arms extended and your core engaged.

2. As you lift your body, extend your legs out in front of you and keep them as straight as possible.

3. Pull your body as high as you can, creating a "L" shape with your body.

4. Hold the position for a few seconds, then slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. As you lift up, take a deep inhale and focus on engaging your core.

2. As you hold the position, exhale slowly.

3. As you lower your body back down, take a deep inhale and focus on controlling your movement.

Precautions

1. Begin by lying on your back with your arms extended above your head and your palms facing away from you.

2. Make sure that your core is engaged and your body is in a straight line from head to toe.
