How to Full planche

Starting Position

1. Make sure your arms are straight and your body is in a straight line. Do not allow your hips to sag or your arms to bend.

2. Beginners should only hold the position for a few seconds at a time and should not attempt to progress to more advanced variations until they have mastered the basic form.

3. Make sure to practice with a spotter or a coach to ensure correct form and safety.

Proper Form

1. Shift your weight forward onto your arms, lifting your legs off the ground.

2. Keep your arms straight and your body in a straight line.

3. Push your chest forward and your toes back, as if you are trying to press your body away from the ground.

Breathing Technique

1. Take a deep breath in before you lift your legs off the ground.

2. Exhale as you press your body away from the ground.

Precautions

1. Begin on the ground in a push-up position, with your arms straight and your palms flat on the ground.

2. Your body should be in a straight line from your head to your heels.
