How to Futsal

Starting Position

1. Be sure to warm up your muscles before beginning any exercise.

2. Take frequent breaks to prevent fatigue and injury.

3. Listen to your body and stop if you feel any pain or discomfort.

Proper Form

1. Start by jogging around the court in a clockwise direction.

2. When you reach the corner of the court, turn and jog in the opposite direction.

3. As you jog, use your arms to keep your balance and speed.

4. When you reach the other end of the court, turn and jog back in the opposite direction.

Breathing Technique

1. Take deep, slow breaths as you jog around the court.

2. Focus on exhaling fully and inhaling deeply.

3. This will help you maintain your energy and keep your breathing steady.

Precautions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.

2. Place your hands on your hips.

3. Keep your head up and your back straight.
