How to

Starting Position

1. Make sure to keep your spine straight and avoid arching your back during the swing. 2. Don't grip the club too tightly or swing too hard. 3. Avoid jerky movements and keep your arms and wrists relaxed. 4. Make sure to keep your head still and avoid looking up during the swing.

Proper Form

1. Take a deep breath and swing the club back, rotating your hips and shoulders. 2. As you swing the club back, keep your arms and wrists straight and your head still. 3. Swing the club forward, rotating your hips and shoulders, and keeping your arms and wrists straight. 4. Follow through with your swing until your arms are extended in front of you.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale deeply as you swing the club back. 2. Exhale as you swing the club forward.

Precautions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, your knees slightly bent, and your arms relaxed at your sides. 2. Place the club of your choice behind the ball, with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. 3. Bend your upper body slightly forward, with your spine straight.
