It's an effective workout to lose fats on your back and create a well-toned back muscles.
How to Incline Row
Starting Position
1. To begin, adjust the bench to an incline.
2. Position yourself on the bench so that the barbell is just above your chest.
3. Place your feet firmly on the floor and grasp the barbell with an overhand grip.
Proper Form
1. While keeping your chest up and your back straight, exhale and pull the barbell to your chest.
2. Hold the barbell at your chest for a moment while inhaling.
3. Exhale and slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
1. Inhale when you are lowering the barbell.
2. Exhale when you are pulling the barbell up.
Precautions
1. Make sure to keep your back straight and your chest up during the exercise.
2. Avoid arching your back or rounding your shoulders.
3. Do not jerk the barbell or use momentum to lift the weight.
