How to Kettlebell Thruster

Starting Position

1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, and hold a kettlebell in each hand with your palms facing each other.

2. The kettlebells should be just below your shoulders, with your arms bent and close to your body.

Proper Form

1. Drive your feet into the floor and press the kettlebells overhead in one smooth movement.

2. Keep your core tight and your back straight as you press the kettlebells up.

3. When the kettlebells reach the top of the movement, pause for a second and then slowly lower them back down to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. As you lower the kettlebells, take a deep breath in.

2. As you press the kettlebells overhead, exhale.

Precautions

1. Make sure your form is correct to avoid injury.

2. Don't rush the movement, take your time and focus on form.

3. Don't lock your elbows at the top of the movement.

4. Don't use too much weight, focus on proper form.
