How to

Starting Position

1. Sit down on the Monster Glute Machine and adjust the seat to your height. Place your feet firmly on the foot plate and adjust the roller pads to just above your knees. 2. Grasp the handles firmly with both hands and keep your back straight and your chest up.

Proper Form

1. Push your knees outward against the roller pads and use your glutes to extend your legs and lift your body off the seat. 2. Hold the contraction at the top of the movement for a few seconds and then slowly lower your body back to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. Take a deep breath in as you lower your body back to the starting position. 2. Exhale as you extend your legs and lift your body off the seat.

Precautions

1. Make sure to keep your back straight and your chest up throughout the movement. 2. Do not lock your knees at any point throughout the movement. 3. Make sure to use a slow and controlled motion when performing the exercise.
