How to Ping Pong

Starting Position

1. Make sure to keep your eyes on the ball at all times.

2. Move your paddle slowly and steadily to hit the ball.

3. Be mindful of your posture and avoid slouching.

4. Wear appropriate attire and shoes to protect your feet from injury.

Proper Form

1. Keep your paddle close to the table and move it back and forth quickly to hit the ball.

2. Move your feet and body to the left and right to reach the ball.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale through your nose before each stroke and exhale through your mouth after each stroke.

2. Focus on your breathing to help reduce stress and keep your body relaxed during the game.

Precautions

1. Stand facing your opponent, with feet slightly apart and knees bent.

2. Hold the paddle in your dominant hand with a relaxed grip.
