How to Soccer

Starting Position

1. Move at a pace that is comfortable for you.

2. Do not over-exert yourself by moving too quickly.

3. Make sure to keep your back straight and your knees slightly bent throughout the exercise.

Proper Form

1. Push off with your left foot and step forward with your right foot.

2. As you step forward, swing your arms forward and back, as if you are running.

3. Bring your left foot up to meet your right foot and repeat the motion.

Breathing Technique

1. Make sure to breathe deeply and evenly while performing the exercise.

2. Exhale when you push off with your left foot.

3. Inhale when you bring your left foot up to meet your right foot.

Precautions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointing forward.

2. Bend your knees slightly, so that your thighs are parallel to the ground.

3. Place your arms at your sides.
