This is a Row workout that resembles a superhero movement, and it targets the whole back.
How to Superman Row
Starting Position
1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
2. Reach your arms out in front of you at shoulder height with your palms facing down.
3. Engage your core and keep your back straight.
Proper Form
1. Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the floor.
2. Push up and return to the starting position.
3. Repeat for desired reps.
Breathing Technique
1. Inhale as you lower your chest towards the floor.
2. Exhale as you push up and return to the starting position.
Precautions
1. Make sure to keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout the movement.
2. Don't lock your elbows when you reach the top position.
3. Don't lower your chest too far towards the floor.
