How to Swimming
Starting Position
1. Make sure you don't overexert yourself. Take breaks when needed.
2. Avoid breathing in too much water by keeping your head in the proper position.
3. Start with shallow water and gradually move to deeper depths.
4. Always wear a life jacket while swimming in deep water.
Proper Form
1. Push off the wall and extend your arms in front of you.
2. Take a stroke with one arm and then the other, alternating arms.
3. Keep your arms straight but not locked, and reach forward with each stroke.
4. Keep your head in a neutral position, looking down at the bottom of the pool.
5. Kick your legs in a flutter kick, keeping your legs together and pointing your toes.
Breathing Technique
1. Take a breath every two strokes, exhaling underwater.
2. Keep your head in a neutral position, looking down at the bottom of the pool.
Precautions
1. Stand in waist-high water, facing the side of the pool.
2. Place your hands on the edge of the pool, with your arms straight.
3. Place your feet hip-width apart.
