How to

Starting Position

1. Be sure to warm up and stretch before playing to avoid injury. 2. Keep your eye on the ball at all times to ensure you make contact with it. 3. Make sure to wear proper tennis shoes and clothing that won't restrict your movement. 4. Stay hydrated and take breaks when needed.

Proper Form

1. Swing your racket in a pendulum-like motion and hit the ball with a flat surface. 2. Step forward with your dominant foot and use your body weight to add power to the shot. 3. Follow through with the swing and point the racket towards the ball's destination. 4. Make sure to keep your arms and racket in front of your body at all times.

Breathing Technique

1. Take a deep breath before the swing to ensure a steady rhythm. 2. Exhale as you make contact with the ball.


1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent and arms outstretched in front of you, holding the racket in both hands. 2. Make sure your weight is evenly distributed between both legs. 3. Keep your back straight and your head up.
