1. Take deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth as you walk.

2. Focus on keeping your breathing steady and controlled.

Precautions

1. Stand or walk with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and your core engaged.

2. Hold the leash in one hand, with your arm slightly bent at the elbow and close to your body.
