How to Walking with Parents
Starting Position
1. Make sure that your feet don_ land too heavily on the ground and that you are not putting too much pressure on your joints.
2. Don_ over-exert yourself and take as many steps as you can without feeling uncomfortable.
3. If you experience any discomfort or pain, stop the exercise and consult a doctor.
4. Wear comfortable shoes that provide adequate cushioning and support.
5. Make sure that the walking surface is even and free from obstacles.
Proper Form
1. Start by taking a step forward with your right foot, followed by your left foot.
2. Repeat the same action, alternating feet, and take as many steps as you can in a comfortable pace.
3. Make sure that you don't over-exert yourself and take as many steps as you can without feeling uncomfortable.
4. Keep your arms relaxed, and you can use them to help you keep your balance.
5. If you have a partner, the person in front should adjust their speed to the person in the back, so that you can both walk together.
Breathing Technique
1. Inhale and exhale deeply and evenly throughout the exercise.
2. Focus on your breath and make sure that it is steady and comfortable.
3. Don_ hold your breath and make sure that your breath is in sync with your movements.
Precautions
1. Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your arms at your sides.
2. If you have a partner, stand facing each other, about one arm's length apart.
3. Make sure you maintain a good posture throughout the exercise.
