How to Wall Ball Shot
Starting Position
1. Make sure you keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout the exercise.
2. Be careful not to over-extend your arms or jump too high, as this can lead to injury.
3. Also, make sure you catch the ball with your arms and core, and not just your hands.
Proper Form
1. Push the wall ball away from your chest with both hands, while simultaneously jumping forward and extending your arms.
2. Catch the wall ball as it comes back to you, absorbing the impact with your arms and core.
3. As you catch the ball, immediately squat down and drive the ball back up to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
1. Exhale as you push the ball away from your chest, and inhale as you catch the ball.
2. Exhale as you drive the ball back up and return to the starting position.
Precautions
1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and hold the wall ball in front of your chest with both hands.
2. Tuck your elbows into your sides, and press your shoulder blades together.
3. Keep your back straight and your core engaged.
