It is a workout that allows you to develop and stretch your whole body by tearing the whole body. It's even more effective if you turn your chest more and make your movements bigger!

How to

Starting Position

1. Make sure to keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout the entire movement. 2. Keep your neck in a neutral position and avoid looking up. 3. Do not reach too far forward. Make sure to only stretch as far as comfortable. 4. Do not hold your breath.

Proper Form

1. Bend your left knee, while keeping your right leg straight. 2. Simultaneously, lean forward and extend your arms in front of you. 3. Hold this position for 10-30 seconds. 4. Return to the starting position. 5. Repeat on the other side.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe in deeply as you lower your body. 2. Exhale as you raise your body back to the starting position.

Precautions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides. 2. Place your right foot slightly behind you and bring your hands in front of your chest, as if you were about to do a push-up.
