check your form definitely back are you keeping arms straight? Watch some videos on proper techniques
it shows that it works out triceps too
that would mean you are using your arms more than your back. Go down in weight
stand slightly bent over feet separated slightly and think of it like your slamming h*** into lap 🥵🥵🥵
