I keep feeling stimulation only in my triceps... I was told to push my hips and hip joints back as much as possible, but it seems there are limits with assistance. In this case, how can I stimulate my lower chest?
I feel that when I bring my elbows together, it stimulates my triceps, and when I spread my elbows, it seems to stimulate my chest. When working on my chest, I tend to keep my back rounded and my head facing towards the cable.
