Standing Muscle Target: Narrow your stance, lift your heels, apply pressure to your little toes, and push your chest forward as you rise. Hip Muscle Target: Widen your stance, slightly externally rotate your feet, and rise while keeping your back straight (+engage the gluteus muscle). *Caution: Do not arch your back at all.
